Kilpatrick is a joke. Abandons online courses for weeks at a time without updates. TA is at a loss. Doesn't understand how to operate the program at basic level. How is he dept head? He's infuriating.

Mercy's accreditation is up for review in Sept because they have had their final warning for being an incompetent college. Dodge this place. All I've heard is horror stories. Avoid at all costs!

Whoever the big Latina lady is at the register, do NOT go to her. She overcharges egregiously. I just paid nine bucks for a BEC, a soda and some peanuts. Dafuq -.-
