Had an appt. yet still waited 3 hours for an oil change that was promised would take 1 hour. The last hour of waiting was b/c the person doing my paperwork just left without handing it off. Seriously?

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for over 3 hours w/ no updates. Even after bugging the workers, they still haven't given me a definite wait time. Baltimore National is by far the best

Hey, if you're a runner, the Four Mile Run trail is right by here. It will connect you to the Mt. Vernon trail or even the W&OD trails. Go for a run while your car is being worked on!

If you happen to go to the vending machine, which you will because you can only play so many games of Tiny Wings, don't forget to account for the 15 cent charge for using a credit card. Bullshit!
