Entrance is free even some write about 200 huf, no one made us pay anything. Observation platform costs 1000 huf. You can get there both by lift or steps.

La entrada es gratis aunque se "agradece" una donación de 200 HUF por persona al entrar. Y por agradecer quiero decir que hay una señora en la entrada controlando.

Beautiful church but horrible staff attitude. I was’t allowed to go inside the church because I didn’t have 200HUF. I wasn’t allowed to donate smaller amount. I think God wouldn’t appreciate this.

Собор был освящён 9 ноября 1905 года. На освящении присутствовал император Франц Иосиф I. В 1938 году папа Пий XII присвоил собору Святого Стефана почётный статус малой базилики.
