1892 年に Dairy Farm (牛奶公司) 社が冷蔵倉庫として建てた折衷主義の建物で、建物としては Old Dairy Farm Depot (舊牛奶公司倉庫) と呼ばれている。冷蔵庫がなかった時代は中国北部から氷を船で運搬し、この倉庫で要冷蔵品を保管していた。後に段階的に拡張され、1970 年代に Dairy Farm 社が移転するまで同社の本社としても使われていた。

The vegetarian buffet lunch (available weekdays) is a bargain. Lunch cuisine changes everyday (Thai, international, Chinese, etc). Good spread.
