He was the first of the Cato’s family to immigrate to Detroit; eight relatives remained in Telkepe. His brother (Boutros) also emigrated to the U.S

Later many brothers, cousins, nephews and nieces left Telkepe and settled permanently in Detroit and California. My brother David was married in Baghdad with Yasi Thoma.
