Food is inconsistent. Veggies either overcooked or undercooked. When good, worth value. Corn tortillas are good. Also steak is good! Someone needs to clean off tables. Every table dirty last visit.

It's chipotle, expect a line. They get you through quickly and are very friendly. Looks like they give a lot of meat even if you don't ask for extra which is cool.

Do not use the bathroom. As a person with a small bladder I'm appalled! I couldn't even use this one. I know it's a busy place but get someone to at least spray the place down with Lysol.

Terrible customer service with no human interaction. Prepare to have your menu choices shouted out and move on. The term ruthlessly efficient comes to mind.
